All the zone buildings of Silicon city are procedural. This means you won’t find twice the same house, farm or office building in your city.
These buildings also get shaped and painted with the influence of their neighborhood.

From a poor land value (left) to a rich one, (right), building will not look the same
Ground color is a good indicator of the houses value: brown mud looks abandonned and lushy gardens usually means wealth.
Vivid colors or bright white walls will appear more in the wealthy areas around parks.
When you click on any zone building, expand the “Architecture” panel to find action buttons.
Not happy of the look of a house?
For a few dollars, you can renovate a house. It will have a small cost. A nice paint job is a cheaper option.
Remember that in low land value areas, you won’t be able to get bright colors even if your attempt multiple times.
You can alo declare a building as Historical to make sure it doesn’t change over time. This happen with population growth and when buildings level up.
